What the map shows
- Texas gets the most by far: 7 of the 25, from Liberty Hill and New Braunfels near Austin and San Antonio to Forney, Mansfield, Celina and The Colony around Dallas–Fort Worth, and North Katy near Houston.
- Franklin will be Milwaukee County's first Costco, about six months after its May 2026 groundbreaking.
- Lee's Summit opened one day after Costco closed its Midtown Kansas City store, which is being turned into a Business Center for spring 2027.
- Two of the 25 replace older warehouses (Vallejo and Newport News), and one is a Business Center for business members (Chandler).
- Costco also opens four warehouses in Canada in November (Edmonton, Lloydminster, East Windsor and Wasaga Beach), not shown here.

How this map was checked
23 of the 25 warehouses come from Costco's own warehouse pages, which give each address, opening date and location. Franklin comes from the City of Franklin's announcement and local news, and Newport News from three local outlets (only its intersection, Jefferson Avenue and Bland Boulevard, is published so far). The counts match Costco's quarterly SEC filings for the year. Where sources disagreed on a date, we used Costco's. This page isn't affiliated with Costco, and we update it as warehouses open.
