This map puts a lender's 36 commercial loans across Texas and the Southeast on one screen. Pins are colored by property type, and each state is shaded by its share of the portfolio, with the states over the 20% watch line in red. Open a loan to see its balance, maturity, LTV, DSCR and risk rating, then filter to Watch loans, high LTV or thin coverage. It replaces the exposure spreadsheet and the slide the credit committee scrolls past.
