Sales territory map
This map shows a company's 24 western accounts as pins colored by deal stage: active, prospect and at risk. Under the pins, the eleven western states are shaded as territories. Each account lists its deal value and its owning rep, and the list can be filtered to one rep or one stage. Sales managers see where coverage is thin, reps see their own accounts on a phone, and nothing has to be exported from the CRM twice.
A sample map: its businesses and people are invented.

What it’s worth
Territory disputes and uncovered accounts cost quota. One map of every account by deal stage over state territories shows coverage gaps, balances rep loads, and gives reps a link to open before a call.
